Discovering Daniel Conference
August 1–2, 2026
Dear Registrant,
The countdown is almost over!
With just a few days to go until the Discovering Daniel Conference, we are looking forward to welcoming you for what we trust will be a wonderful weekend of worship, Bible teaching, fellowship, and encouragement in God’s Word.
Whether this is your first conference with us or you’ve attended previous events, it is a genuine privilege to have you joining us. People will be travelling from across Australia and overseas, and we have been praying that the Lord will use this weekend to strengthen believers, encourage hearts, deepen our understanding of Bible prophecy, and ultimately fix our eyes on Jesus Christ.
Some of you have already received much of the information below, while others are receiving it for the first time. As we enter the final days before the conference, we encourage everyone to take a few moments to carefully read through these important reminders to help make your weekend as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Venue
Belgrave Heights Convention Centre
3 Convention Avenue
Belgrave Heights VIC 3160
Parking
The car park will open at 7:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Please follow the directions of our volunteer parking team as they assist with traffic flow.
- If you require accessible parking, simply let the first parking attendant know and they will direct you to the designated parking area and nearest entrance.
- Please do not park on Lockwood Road, as it provides access to the Convention Centre.
Entry & Registration
- Doors open at 8:00 AM each morning.
- Please have your ticket ready for scanning (either on your phone or printed).
- If you can’t locate your ticket, don’t worry—our registration team can look up your registration by name.
- Every attendee must have their own individual ticket.
- If you still haven’t received your ticket, please contact us at calvaryconferences@gmail.com.
- Upon arrival, you’ll receive a conference wristband. Please wear it throughout the weekend, as it will serve as your entry pass.
- On Sunday, simply present your wristband—your ticket will not need to be scanned again.
- If your wristband is lost, our registration team will be happy to verify your registration and issue a replacement.
- For the safety of everyone attending, bags and backpacks may be subject to a brief security check upon entry.
Seating
Our ushering team will assist everyone with seating.
- Seating will be filled from the front toward the back to maximise available seating.
- Please wait for an usher before choosing a seat.
- Accessible seating is available around the sides and rear of the auditorium for those who require it.
- Please do not sit in reserved seating, as these seats have been allocated for speakers, event staff, and guests with accessibility requirements.
- If you require any assistance during the conference, simply speak with one of our volunteers—we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for helping us make the seating process smooth for everyone.

Please Pray With Us
As we enter these final days of preparation, we would greatly value your prayers.
Please pray:
- That the Lord would prepare every heart for His Word.
- That many would come to faith in Christ and believers would be strengthened.
- That every Bible study would faithfully proclaim God’s truth.
- That worship, fellowship, and every conversation would glorify the Lord.
- For God’s anointing upon Amir Tsarfati and Pastor Barry Stagner as they teach.
- For our many volunteers serving behind the scenes.
- For safety, wisdom, smooth logistics, and God’s hand over every aspect of the conference.
Above all, pray that Jesus Christ would be honoured and glorified in everything that takes place.
Last Opportunity to Invite Someone
There is still room available.
If you know someone who would be encouraged by a weekend of worship, solid Bible teaching, and Christian fellowship, we’d love for you to invite them.
Please feel free to share the conference with family, friends, your church, or small group.
We Look Forward to Welcoming You
Thank you once again for registering.
Hosting this conference is a privilege, and we are praying that these two days will encourage your heart, strengthen your faith, deepen your confidence in God’s Word, and renew your hope in the soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As we open the book of Daniel together, may the Lord give us ears to hear, hearts to receive His Word, and lives that faithfully honour Him as we eagerly await His glorious return.
We look forward to welcoming you this weekend.
May the Lord bless you, keep you, and grant you safe travels as you make your way to Belgrave Heights.
Grace and peace,
Pastor Andrew Russell

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS
- What food options are available?
We will have a canteen and several food trucks on-site. The canteen will offer sandwiches, wraps, muffins, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. - Should I bring my own lunch?
Highly recommended. Due to the large number of attendees and limited break times, we strongly encourage you to bring a packed lunch to avoid long queues. - Is coffee available?
Yes, coffee and tea’s will be available throughout the day at different stations in the foyer. - There is also going to be a coffee truck that will be there both days.
CHILDREN
- Can I bring my children?
The conference program is designed for an adult audience and requires long periods of quiet focus. For this reason, we suggest it is only suitable for older children who are able to sit and engage with the messages for the full day. - Why is this the policy?
To ensure all attendees can listen and reflect without distraction, we aim to maintain a quiet, focused environment in the auditorium. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a meaningful experience for everyone. - Do children need a ticket? Yes. If your child is attending, they will require their own ticket so we can accurately manage seating capacity and venue requirements.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
