 VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION

VENUE

  • Address: Belgrave Heights Convention Centre – 3 Convention Ave, Belgrave Heights VIC 3160.

  • Driving: The address is easily searchable via Google Maps for those arriving by car, taxi, or rideshare.
  • Public Transport: Please use Google Maps or the Metro Trains Journey Planner to coordinate your travel.

ACCOMMODATION

  • We are unable to provide specific accommodation in where you like to stay.
  • Please note that The Hope Centre at Belgrave is unavailable; kindly refrain from contacting their office with enquiries.
  • Numerous off-site options are available within a 20–30 minute radius.
  • We recommend searching Google or Booking.com using the general area to find local listings.

Can I pay on the day?
Yes, provided the conference has not reached full capacity by the event date.

How do I book tickets?
Please use the ‘Register Now’ link above or search for the event directly on TryBooking.

I lost my ticket or haven’t received a confirmation email.

  1. Check your junk or spam folders.
  2. Retrieve your tickets automatically via the TryBooking Lost Tickets page.
  3. If you still cannot find them, contact us via the Conference Contact Form (please try the steps above first).

Can I book for multiple people?
Yes. You can select the total number of tickets required during checkout. Individual names are not mandatory, but please ensure each person in your group has their own unique ticket for entry.

I have already booked but need more tickets.
Simply place a new order using the registration link. As there is no allocated seating, separate bookings will not affect your group’s ability to sit together.

What should I do with my digital ticket?
To ensure a smooth check-in, please:

  • Distribute tickets: Ensure every attendee has their own unique QR code.
  • Display: Have your ticket ready on a smartphone or bring a printed copy.
  • Manual Verification: If you cannot provide a ticket, you will need to undergo manual verification at the registration desk on the day.

I don’t have a credit card. How do I book?

You can pay via bank transfer by following these steps:

  1. Transfer Funds: Deposit the total amount ($20 per person) using the Bank Details on the giving tab on the website.
  2. Notify Us: Use the contact form to confirm your deposit. We will then send you a unique registration code.
  3. Register: Go to TryBooking to complete your registration as usual.
  4. Apply Code: Enter the code we provided in the “Gift/Promotional Code” box at the final checkout screen.
  • Note: While we can accept cash on the day, entry is not guaranteed if the venue has reached full capacity, which the ticketing site will be closed and a waiting list will start.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Yes, refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Deadline: Requests must be made by 31 July 2026 (the day before the conference).
  • Partial Cancellations: If you booked for a group, you can specify exactly how many tickets you wish to cancel.
  • Fees: Please note that the TryBooking service fee is non-refundable.

PARKING, ENTRY, AND SEATING

What is the parking situation?
Parking is limited—there is only about one space for every three seats in the auditorium. Please carpool with family and friends if possible! We ask that you be courteous and follow the directions of our volunteer carpark attendants.

When does the carpark open?
The gates will open at 7:45 am.

How do I enter the conference?
To ensure a quick check-in, please have one of the following ready:

  • A printed ticket
  • A digital ticket displayed on your smartphone
  • If neither is available, please visit the registration desk for manual verification.

Is there allocated seating?

  • General Seating: Seating is “first come, first served.”
  • Volunteer Areas: Some seats will be marked “Reserved” for our team. Please respect these signs and do not remove them.
  • Accessibility: If you have a disability or require specific access (such as wheelchair space), please contact us in advance so we can assist.

Other Items:

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

  • What food options are available?
We will have a canteen and several food trucks on-site. The canteen will offer sandwiches, wraps, muffins, and a variety of hot and cold drinks.
  • Should I bring my own lunch?
Highly recommended. Due to the large number of attendees and limited break times, we strongly encourage you to bring a packed lunch to avoid long queues.
  • Is coffee available?
Yes, coffee and tea’s will be available throughout the day at different stations in the foyer.
  • There is also going to be a coffee truck that will be there both days.

CHILDREN

  • Can I bring my children?
The conference program is designed for an adult audience and requires long periods of quiet focus. For this reason, we suggest it is only suitable for older children who are able to sit and engage with the messages for the full day.
  • Why is this the policy?
To ensure all attendees can listen and reflect without distraction, we aim to maintain a quiet, focused environment in the auditorium. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a meaningful experience for everyone.
  • Do children need a ticket?  Yes. If your child is attending, they will require their own ticket so we can accurately manage seating capacity and venue requirements.

Looking forward to seeing you there.
